From the very beginning, adopting organic farming practices has never been an option for the Messina - Vinci family: environmental awareness and the resulting production of high quality food are integral part of our system of beliefs, and the organic certification for our products is a tangible proof of our company philosophy.
The beating heart of our production is our organic Tuscan wine, the “Maria Vinci” Chardonnay: a products that fully describes our farm, such as our care in the fields, our respect for the biodiversity of the land, the manual harvesting of the grapes and the use of natural yeasts for fermentation. Along with our wine, there’s our organic Tuscan olive olive, the “Maria Vinci” Toscana IGP extra virgin olive oil: the olives, harvested strictly by hand following the right level of ripeness, are then processed and pressed. In this phase, we are extremely careful to preserve their original flavor and nutritional properties.
